Kathleen Putnam, M.S.
Kathleen holds a Master’s Degree from Bastyr University in Nutrition and consults online as a diabetes Lifestyle Coach. Kathleen runs a successful coaching practice working with hundreds of patients. She serves as Associate Professor of Nutrition and Human Development in multiple higher education institutions in Seattle. She co-founded a nutrition bar under the name “Zing”, and worked as a trainer with the Dean Ornish Program for reversing heart disease and a provider with Laurel Mellin coaching using the EBT (Emotional Brain Training) program out of UCSF navigating clients process to end stress eating. Kathleen finds coaching and teaching humbling and fun. She loves to find creative and effective ways to make desired changes that work for each individual. Kathleen is always taking a class and advancing her professional skill set which she finds invigorating. In her downtime, Kathleen is a hospice volunteer, cheers her teenage daughter on at volleyball tournaments, and travels as much as possible for pleasure. Kathleen is enthusiastic to be your coach and work with you to reach your goals!
